Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are made to order. Although we typically begin production of each order within 1-2 days, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Custom and personalized orders may require additional time depending on complexity. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Local Pickup — Lavon, TX Local pickup is available for customers in the DFW area. Select local pickup at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement to you as quickly as possible. For lost packages, please reach out and we will open a claim on your behalf.
