Shipping policy

Made to order

Everything we sell is made after you order it. So every order has two parts: the time it takes us to make it, and the time it spends with the carrier.

  • Drone cases are made within 2 business days.
  • One-off projects vary. We'll tell you how long yours will take before you pay.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.

Free shipping

US orders of $55 or more get free Standard shipping. It's applied automatically at checkout.

Free shipping can't be combined with discount codes. If you use a code, checkout gives you whichever deal saves you more.

Drone case shipping

The delivery times below count from the day you order, so they already include the time it takes us to make your case.

Lower 48 states and Washington, DC

  • Standard (USPS): $9.99. Arrives in 3 to 7 business days.
  • 2-Day: $16.99 for 1 case, $22.99 for 2 to 4 cases, $32.99 for 5 to 8 cases, $37.99 for 9 or more. Arrives in 3 to 4 business days.
  • Overnight: $47.99 for 1 case, $55.99 for 2 to 4 cases, $67.99 for 5 to 8 cases, $68.99 for 9 or more. Arrives in 2 to 3 business days.

For 2-Day and Overnight, we send your case with UPS or FedEx, whichever will get it to you on time.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and military addresses

  • Standard (USPS): $14.99 for every 3 cases. Arrives in 5 to 10 business days.

Canada

Shipping to Canada is a flat $20.00, with tracking. Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 weeks.

Please know that we can't prepay Canadian import taxes or duties. When your package arrives, the carrier may ask you to pay GST/HST and a brokerage fee. Those charges come from the Canadian government and the carrier, not from us.

Other countries

Right now we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Give it 24 to 48 hours to start showing updates.

Delays

The delivery times on this page are estimates. Carriers can run late, especially around holidays and in bad weather.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the damage. We'll work with the carrier and get a replacement to you as quickly as we can.

If your package gets lost, reach out and we'll open a claim with the carrier for you.
